A campaign was published yesterday (May 13) for the possibility of purchasing an apartment in Gjakova through a mortgage loan.
The post was published on Facebook by the "Personal Loan" page.
What's wrong with this post?
Hibrid.info has verified the facts about this campaign, where it has been confirmed that this page published the post that presents a false announcement, also placing a link that sends to the private message space on this page.
After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info has managed to confirm that the "Personal Loan" page took the post from the announcement of the "Raiffeisen" bank in Kosovo, from which it subsequently removed the identifying logo.

After research conducted through search engines, hibrid.info has managed to find that this offer to buy an apartment in Gjakova with a mortgage loan of up to 150,000 Euros was published on May 8 by the "Raiffeisen" bank in Kosovo. (see here)

Seeing that the post was made in Albanian by the page “Personal Loan”, hibrid.info has researched financial institutions and licensed banks in Kosovo. This research shows that there is no evidence of the activity of the page in question in Kosovo. (see here)
Also, what makes the “Personal Loan” page on Facebook more suspicious is the lack of sufficient data in the “about” section of this Facebook page. The published data does not prove the credibility or reliability and transparency of the “Personal Loan” page. (see here)
Under the name "Personal Loans", in addition to being a page, it also functions as a public group on Facebook, where it also publishes fake loan campaigns. The same has also been covered by hibrid.info. (see here)

Hibrid.info, after verifying the facts, has confirmed that this site used a campaign from the "Raiffeisen" bank in Kosovo, falsely claiming to present it as its own, by removing the identifying logo.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info has rated this site as "Scam".
