Doubtful portals with content in the Albanian language have published fake advertisements for the sale of apartments in which they have given titles such as "URGENT: Furnished Three-Bedroom Apartment for Sale for 14,500 Euros in the Center" and "Furnished Three-Bedroom Apartment for Sale for 33,000 Euros in the City Center (PHOTO)".
From the research conducted through the automated control application "InVID", hibrid.info has managed to find the authentic advertisement that was used by these suspicious portals, published in 2016 by "Vatra e Kosova", but with photos of a different apartment. (see here)

These fraudulent advertisements were also distributed on Facebook by the pages “Gazeta Aktive” and “Gazeta Direkte”. (see here and here)
The photo used in the advertisement published by the dubious portal “Gazetadirekte.com” does not belong to the content of the authentic advertisement from 2016. Hibrid.info has managed to find that the same one belongs to an advertisement for an apartment in Macedonia, published on February 15, 2018. (see here)
While the photo used by the other suspicious portal "Banglacontent24.com", hibrid.info has not been able to find it.
This is not the first time that such advertisements have been published by dubious portals, as the same thing happened in June 2021, and they were also verified by the hibrid.info staff. (see here)
