The Facebook page named "Korneri.net" published a post yesterday (September 26) claiming that Besnik Hasi is expected to be appointed coach of the Kosovo national football team, following the departure of current coach Alain Giresse.
This page tries to link this claim to the resignation of current coach Giresse, claiming that no one is satisfied with his achievements at FFK, so Hasi will take charge of Kosovo for the upcoming European qualifiers that begin in March.
However, these claims are not based on facts or relevant sources that would support it.

Super exclusive.
We are bringing you news that has never been heard before in any local or international media.
Besnik Hasi is expected to be appointed coach of the Kosovo national football team, immediately following the departure of Alain Giresse.
The French coach indirectly announced his departure (resignation) during the press conference before the match with Cyprus, but despite this fact, no one in the FFK is satisfied with his achievement, so Hasi will take charge of Kosovo for the upcoming European qualifiers that start in March.

After reporting that he will be the next Kosovo selector, Besnik Hasi, in a short and exclusive response to Kanal10, stated that "I can't say anything at the moment, I don't know about any news." (see here)

Journalist Alban Lumi has also reacted to this issue, who on his official Facebook account denied such a thing, citing well-informed sources within the FFK. (see here)
Alban Lumi's reaction:
A news circulating on several portals that Besnik Hasi will become Kosovo's coach is not true at all.
Giresse has the full support of the FFK, well-confirmed sources within the federation deny rumors of turbulence on the bench.
At the moment, the focus is only on tomorrow's match, which we will play against Cyprus.
It is not the first time that, on the eve of such matches, voices that do not wish the best for the Kosovo National Team seek to spoil the atmosphere in our ranks.
The claim by “Korneri.net” that Alain Giresse indirectly announced his resignation in the press conference before the match with Cyprus is not true. During this press conference, he said that he is focused on winning and is satisfied with the working conditions, and implied that coaches do not prepare their resignations because losing the match is never considered. (here)
Excerpts from Coach Giresse's conference:
"Regarding my experience in Kosovo, so far I am satisfied with the working conditions which are very good. My goal is to progress and rise to the next level, but also to bring in new players. When we prepare a match, we prepare it to win, because nobody wants to lose. Do you think that many coaches prepare their resignations? Initially, no coach thinks about losing the match," added Giresse.
This claim made by "Korneri.net" has also been reported in several other Albanian-language media. (see here, here and here)
Analyze:
The Facebook page named "Korneri.net" has claimed without evidence that Besnik Hasi will be the coach of the Kosovo national football team.
Also, this page claims that current coach Alain Giresse has indirectly announced his departure from the Kosovo bench, but does not substantiate this claim with any relevant facts or sources.
On the other hand, Besnik Hasi, in a short response given to the show "Champions" on "Kanal10" television, stated that "I cannot talk about anything at the moment, I do not know about any news."
While journalist Alban Lumi has rejected this claim of "Korneri.net" calling it untrue. As for coach Giresse, he says that he has the full support of the FFK and well-confirmed sources within the federation deny the rumors of turbulence on the bench.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info evaluates this claim by "Korneri.net" as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The "Fake News" rating is given to media reports that are entirely the product of a medium that itself contains factually incorrect claims or information.
Content that is considered fake news can be reliably determined to have been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
