The TikTok account named "fatmir764" published a video on August 28th in which it is claimed that the inscription "Albin Kurti - Kosovo USA" has been placed on a civilian plane.
The video shows a civilian commercial plane parading on a runway, with the aforementioned inscription.
But hibrid.info has verified that the video material in question has been tampered with by editing using some "Deepfake" program/application.

Hibrid.info has researched through online search engines and applications for verifying the source of information and has not been able to find a similar publication from any other source.
The video has also not been published by any other credible media outlet from Kosovo or abroad.
Hibrid.info, through manual fact-checking, has noticed details that indicate that this video has been tampered with. So the caption "Albin Kurti - Kosovo USA" appears to have been edited using some "Deepfake" program/application.
Details found by hibrid.info show that the logo placed on the tail is that of the aviation company and Chinese civil aircraft manufacturer "COMAC". (see here)
Also, the type of this aircraft – "arj21-700" – is from this Chinese manufacturer.
While based on data from the website of Pristina International Airport "Adem Jashari", it has been found that this aviation company does not operate in Kosovo at all, which further indicates that this video has been edited. (see here)
Additional details found indicate that the company in question has been banned from operating and has been sanctioned by the Federal Government in the US, as it is considered an enterprise controlled by the "People's Liberation Army" of China. (see here)
