The dubious portal "GazetaProgresi.com" has published an article claiming that the state of Kosovo will allocate 250 euros to each citizen.
The article contains a false title, while its text is only a status of a Kosovo citizen, who on July 28 on the social network Facebook had suggested the idea of distributing these funds due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to him, the state does not have the capacity to do this for its citizens, until it has received similar examples from countries in the region, which have already implemented a similar idea.
