The Facebook page "Lexo Sot" posted today (November 5) an article titled "CONGRATULATIONS/ Very good news for pensioners and those receiving social security benefits", which was taken from the dubious portal "news308media.com", published on October 7, 2021.
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it was determined that this news is old (August 2018), which was intentionally published by this Facebook page to present it as current.
After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info found that the authentic article was published in August 2018, at a time when Bedri Hamza was the Minister of Finance.
In the content of the article published by the "Lexo Sot" website, the name of the then-minister Bedri Hamza was removed, replacing it with that of the current minister, Hekuran Murati, with the claim of presenting the news as current.

In addition to replacing Hamza's name with Murat's, the months in this article have also been changed.
The Ministry of Finance's announcement of August 2021 referred to the execution of payments for the month of August for social and pension schemes, while the dubious portal "news308media.com" deleted it, falsely claiming that the news related to the months of September and October.
