The Vetëvendosje Movement published an announcement on its official Facebook page yesterday (May 12) claiming that "Kosovo benefits from 4.2 billion euros from the EU's 'Common Market' program."
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this claim made by the Vetëvendosje Movement is untrue. This is due to the fact that the amount of 4.2 billion euros is the budget value for seven years for all participating countries.
However, LVV has removed (deleted) this announcement from the page, improving it.
The new announcement states, among other things, that "Kosovo becomes a beneficiary of the EU's 'Common Market' program, which has a total value of 4.2 billion euros." (see here)
Vetevendosje Movement announcement published on Facebook on May 12 (now deleted):

After verifying the facts, the official website of the European Council “consilium.europa.eu” states that the main objective of the Single Market programme is to enable citizens, consumers, businesses and public authorities across the EU to fully benefit from market integration. (see here)
So, the total budget of this program for EU countries is 4.2 billion euros, for the period 2021-2027.
The list of countries participating in the Common Market Program (SMP) states that “Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo* and Serbia have confirmed interest in joining the SMP Program.” (see here)
See below for explanation. What does SMP mean (translated into Albanian):
With a budget of €4.2 billion over this MFF, the Single Market Programme (SMP) covers the single market, the competitiveness of enterprises, including small and medium-sized enterprises, the field of plants, animals, food and feed, and European statistics.
Specific Union action programmes previously existed in these areas and some activities were financed directly from internal market budget lines. The SMP brings these aspects together to improve and exploit synergies and to provide a more flexible, transparent, simplified and agile framework for financing activities aimed at a sustainable and well-functioning internal market. Analyze:
After verifying the facts, it was confirmed that the Vetëvendosje Movement claimed that Kosovo had benefited from 4.2 billion euros from the EU's "Common Market" program. However, this announcement was later deleted.
Based on data found on the official website of the European Council, it is said that the amount of 4.2 billion euros is the total budget value for seven years (2021/27) for all participating EU countries.
However, in the published list of countries participating in this program, Kosovo is considered one of the countries that has confirmed interest in joining this program.
