In the following section it is written that "According to Gazeta Minuti's sources, the decision in the Constitutional Court is nearing finalization and could be made public very soon, even by tomorrow at the latest. It is also reported that one of the possible scenarios is that Prime Minister Albin Kurti be given an additional deadline to secure the election of the president, paving the way for a political solution without going to new elections."
The article, citing sources, claims that the decision of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo is in the final stage, while the possibility of Albin Kurti receiving an additional deadline for electing the president is mentioned only as a possible scenario, and not as a confirmed decision.
This possible scenario, in the title of this article and in the Facebook post, is presented as a confirmed fact.
