Suspicious portals with content in Albanian have published an article titled "Goran Rakiq - Albin Kurti will soon surrender, he doesn't need to speak Serbian."
After verifying the facts, hibrid.info has confirmed that this title is fabricated, which does not match the content.
In fact, the content of the article includes a statement by the leader of the Serbian List, Goran Rakić, who addressed the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, with the request "not to address Serbs in Kosovo in the Serbian language."
But, among other things, Rakić did not say that Kurti will soon surrender, as falsely claimed in the title of the article published by dubious portals.

After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info managed to find Rakić's statement published by the Serbian online medium "Nova.rs", which was quoted by the media in Kosovo.
Rakić's statement was also published by several online media outlets in Kosovo. (see here and here)
