"Investiguesi Shkrimor", an account with propaganda content in Albanian on Facebook, published a post yesterday (September 3), where, through a photograph and a short video, it claims that "Wherever Ukrainians go, they leave – They leave by any means to avoid new recruitment."
After verifying the facts through the automated program "InVID", hibrid.info found the announcement made on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which explains that 12 people seen in the video material were arrested at the border crossing between Ukraine and Romania.
According to this official announcement, 10 of them were arrested in two cars, after they presented themselves as tourists without explaining the reason for crossing the border. In addition to them, two other people were arrested who tried to bypass the checkpoint on foot.
So, in no case is there any question of their arrest as a result of new recruitment from Ukraine, as falsely claimed by the "Writing Investigator" account.

Over the past day, 12 men from the Rivne region and one from Bukovyna were detained at the Falkiv border service department.
So, yesterday morning, at a checkpoint near the border with Romania, border guards stopped two BMW cars, in which there were 10 residents of the Rivne region. Under the guise of tourists, young men headed towards the state border and told border guards tales that they were ordinary travelers.
For several hours, two other “tourists” from the Rivne region tried to bypass the checkpoint on foot. During the detention, the men were unable to explain either the purpose of their stay in the controlled border area or the reason for following the bypass of the main road.
Border guards drew up protocols for the detainees for administrative offenses under Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. And the two drivers of the vehicles that transported the evaders face criminal liability under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The "Writing Investigator" page, in addition to this short video material, has also attached a photograph to the post, which shows 5 people captured by border guards in Ukraine.
After verifying the facts, hibrid.info has confirmed that the photograph in question does not belong to the aforementioned event, but rather is from another event in January of this year.
The article regarding this January event was found published by the Ukrainian media outlet "ternopoliany.te.ua", which states: "Border guards of the Mukachevo detachment detained 12 men of draft age at the state border, who were intending to leave the territory of Ukraine outside the checkpoints."
