The TikTok account named "lumjanana009" has published today (April 26) a short video (15 seconds) with the image of former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi, in which he has put the caption "I WAS ATTACKED IN THE HEART OF PRESIDENT THAQI YESTERDAY O GOD HELP ME RECOVER QUICKLY."
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this claim made by the aforementioned account is false.
This was confirmed as such an announcement was not found in any credible media outlet in Kosovo, or from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), a political entity once led by Thaçi.
Also, no information about Thaçi's health condition has been found on the official website of the Special Court, by which the former president is being accused of war crimes.

Analyze:
The TikTok account “lumjanana009” falsely claimed today (April 26) that former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi had suffered a heart attack. However, this claim was found to be false after consulting credible official sources that could provide information about former President Thaçi, such as the online channels of the Special Court, the PDK or any credible media. Therefore, no official announcement containing such a claim was found.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this claim as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The "Fake News" rating is given to media reports that are entirely the product of a medium that itself contains factually incorrect claims or information.
Content that is considered fake news can be reliably determined to have been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
