Using the automated program "InVid", hibrid.info has managed to confirm that the video is old, published in September 2023, and that the footage depicts migrants from Tunisia who had arrived in Lampedusa, Italy.

This video material published by the "RadioGenoa" account is captioned "Hell in Lampedusa, a situation completely out of control, a real unprecedented apocalypse", which means in Albanian "Hell in Lampedusa, a situation completely out of control, a true unprecedented apocalypse."
By researching even more about what happened at that time in Lampedusa, hibrid.info found articles published in foreign media such as “AlJazzera.com” and “LeTelegramme.fr”, which reported on immigrants arriving mainly from Tunisia on the Italian island of Lampedusa. (see here and here)
