Hibrid.info has found that this article was published in online media on January 27, 2022, at the time when the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, during the opening of the roundtable on the Adequate Social Housing Program for Kosovo, said that "Social housing is critical infrastructure to enhance the well-being and security of citizens, for social equality and to empower and develop communities."
