The dubious portal with Albanian-language content "Timenews24hr.com" has published an article titled "MADHESHTORE!! Albin Kurti Is Sending the Kosovo Army to Ukraine to Fight Against Russia".
After fact-checking analysis conducted by Hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that the title is fabricated and does not match the content.
The text contains old news published on December 9, 2021 by "Indeksonline.net", which states that "Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed his willingness to send KSF soldiers to Ukraine, if NATO requests this, after the Ukraine-Russia conflict."
So, the claim that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is "sending the army to Ukraine to fight against Russia" is completely false.
