A video has been published showing Albin Kurti, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, leaving a home with a caption claiming that he was there to offer condolences to the family of Hashim Thaçi, the former president of Kosovo, after the death of his father, Haxhi Thaçi.

What is the truth?
Hibrid.info has found that these images were taken from Prime Minister Kurti's visit to offer condolences to the Thaqi family in Muqiverc.
video was also found and published on Facebook by a profile named "Rreze Dielli Tradicionale", which has the same profile picture as the Instagram account "rrezedielli03", in which the aforementioned claim was found.
Hibrid.info has found another TikTok publication of this video, which depicts Kurti leaving after offering condolences to the family of Antiana Thaqi, who along with Arbnora Basha tragically lost her life in an accident in Ranillug on March 14.

As announced by the Prime Minister's Information Office, the Head of Government visited the two families of the victims to offer condolences (see here).
Meanwhile, from the media it is reported that Kurti was absent from the funeral ceremony of Hashim Thaçi's father, who was buried yesterday (March 18).
This claim appears to be correct, as there has been no announcement from the Prime Minister's Office about Kurti's participation in this ceremony, nor in the commemorative meeting which was also held yesterday after the funeral ceremony. All that hibrid.info has been able to find on this issue is a telegram of condolence that Prime Minister Kurti sent to the family for the loss of their beloved, Haxhi Thaçi (see here).
