The information portal "Kosova-sot.info" published yesterday (November 12) an article titled "While on her way to the hospital to give birth, the young woman and her baby lose their lives in an accident."
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that the title of the article is a generalization, which does not clarify in which country this event occurred.
The news becomes clear only in the content, more precisely in the headline of the news where it is stated that "A pregnant woman, her unborn baby and her mother tragically died in Brazil after a car accident."
Also, the image does not provide any explanation about the location of the event, but only has the caption "Breaking News".
Since this information portal is registered in Kosovo (see here) and most of its readers are Albanian speakers (see here), the title in question leaves room for misinformation among readers by making them understand that the event took place in our country.

To further confirm the fact that the news is about the event that took place in a city in Brazil, hibrid.info has found the article published in several foreign media. (see here and here)
Analyze:
The information portal "Kosova-sot.info" has published an article regarding a fatal accident in Brazil, but the title does not clarify in which country the incident occurred.
This online medium is a portal that operates in Kosovo and based on the followers of the Facebook page, the largest number of readers are from Kosovo. Therefore, not providing information about the location of the event could very easily misinform readers, making them think that the event took place in Kosovo.
Based on the working methodology, hibrid.info evaluates this article as "Clickbait".
Rating:
The “Clickbait” rating is given to texts whose titles have no basis in the content of the following text. Such texts and articles aim to attract the attention of the reader or even the consumer with a sensational title by promising content that does not actually exist and are created mainly out of financial interest, that is, due to increased readability. So, this type of text is intended only to click, which can be converted into a profit for the content producer.
