Several Facebook pages published an article yesterday (January 18) titled "Major police action - over 100 people arrested. The police action is continuing...".
This article was taken from the dubious portal “gazetaylli.com”, which was published on December 3, 2022. (see here)
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it was found that the article in question is old, published in November 2022 and concerns the arrest of several immigrants in Horgosh in northern Serbia.
These pages have tried to present this article as current, while the illustrative photograph shows members of the Kosovo Police.

After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info found the article published in real time (November 2022) in the foreign media BBC and Euronews in Serbian. (see here and here)
Besides the fact that this article is old and contains a made-up title, the photo used also does not correspond to the content.
After research conducted through the automated online fact-checking program "InVID", hibrid.info managed to find this photograph.
Although its authenticity has not been established, it has been used by Kosovo media since 2016, when it was reported in connection with various actions by the Kosovo Police. (see here)
