The dubious Albanian-language portal "worldnews83.com" has published an article titled "Arben Viti's arrest wanted / Here's who...".
After fact-checking by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this news is old, having been published on September 1 of this year, at a time when Arben Vitia was Minister of Health.
At that time, PDK MP Bekim Haxhiu had brought to attention the issue of AstraZeneca vaccines that had been received as a donation from Norway, and which the Norwegian state itself had removed from use because they had a short shelf life, in violation of the Law on Medical Devices and Products.
"And today, if the Kosovo Prosecution Office were independent in this scandal, it would have to arrest Arben Vitina for illegally accepting the donation of AstraZeneca vaccines from Norway, a donation received in violation of Law No. 04/L -190 ON MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND DEVICES," Haxhiu wrote.
So, the news is old and the dubious portal "worldnews83.com" has tried to present it as current by giving it a title that does not correspond to the content.
