Several pages have been opened on the social media platform Facebook that claim to provide various loans, up to hundreds and thousands of euros.
After research conducted by hibrid.info, it was noted that in the information section about the activity (about) on these pages "Personal Loans", "Personal Loans - Online" and "Business Loans" there is insufficient data that proves credibility or reliability and transparency.
On the “Personal Loan” page, in the “about” section, an address in Paris is presented where the creator of this page claims to be the headquarters of this dubious activity, and the countries in which it supposedly operates include Tirana, Munich and Pristina. (see here)
The other page, “Personal Loans – Online” in the about section has only one email address “fondodicredito@gmail.com” (here). While on the “Business Loan” page there is no information about the activity. (see here)
In addition to the fact that these pages are suspicious, as they do not have any information about their activities, they have also been proven to use campaigns from financial institutions in Kosovo and Albania, and by removing their authentic logos, they try to present them as their own.
Hibrid.info has verified a post from each of these pages to prove that they are not true and that those who believe them may fall prey to a scam.
The website "Personal Loan" on June 11th published a loan offer claiming to offer loans of up to 150 thousand euros within 24 hours. (see here)
Hibrid.info, after verifying the facts, has managed to confirm that this page received this post from the microfinance institution in Albania "FED invests", to which he has changed the description.
After research conducted through the automated online program "InVID", hibrid.info has managed to find that this campaign is from the financial institution in Albania "FED invest", which through this campaign announces that it offers loans of up to 200 thousand lek. (see here)
Another page "Personal Loans - Online" published a post on May 22nd, in the photo of which it says "LOAN FOR AGRICULTURE Get a loan with the possibility of payment after 12 months!" (see here)
After research conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this campaign is from the micro-finance institution "FINCA Kosovo", published in January of this year. (see here)
So, the website "Personal Loans - Online" used the "FINCA Kosovo" campaign, removing its logo, trying to present it as its own. (see comparison photos below)
The website "Kredi Për Biznes" published a post on May 27 claiming to offer business loans of up to 100 thousand euros. (see here)
Hibrid.info has managed to confirm that this campaign was published by Raiffeisen Bank on December 1, 2022 (see hereThis campaign was also covered by the Raiffeisen Bank logo, which the "Kredi Për Biznes" website presented as its own. (see comparison photos below)

After verification of the facts conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that these pages with dubious ownership falsely claim to offer various loans, taking the campaigns of financial institutions in Kosovo and Albania, which they attempt to appropriate, removing their authentic logos.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info has assessed these pages as "Scam".
