The dubious portal "specialja.com" has published an article with a statement from the Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, who said that he does not think that entry to the capital should be subject to payment.
However, the title of the article published by "specialja.com" falsely claims that Rama allegedly said that "Visitors from other villages and cities in Pristina must pay, residents do not."
During the research conducted by hibrid.info, Rama's statement given for the show "Hallakamë n'4", broadcast on Radio Klan Kosova, was found, where the first of Pristina is seen saying that entry will not be charged in the capital, but there will be reserved parking for residents, while it will be paid for visitors.
So, the title of this article does not explain that it is about parking lots and resident residents, and that this decision does not only concern residents outside Pristina, but also those who live in it.
