Several Serbian media outlets have broadcast a statement by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, who claimed without evidence that human organ trafficking has taken place in Kosovo and that the Srebrenica massacre is just a scenario.
This Russian official made these unfounded claims in a post on the social network "Telegram" in response to the call of US President Joe Biden to create an International Court for crimes against civilians in Ukraine (here).
This Russian official has claimed that similar war crimes to those in Ukraine also occurred in Yugoslavia in 1999, in Iraq, and in Japan during World War II.
Maria Zkharova's claim, published in Serbian media:
“Biden calls for a war crimes trial. Great idea – let’s start bombing Yugoslavia and invading Iraq. The main directors of the Srebrenica scene can still be found. And, of course, the organ trafficking in Kosovo under the guise of American officials. As soon as they’re done, they can immediately start nuclear bombing Japan.”

Hibrid.info will only address Zakharova's claim about the authenticity of human organ trafficking, which she alleges occurred during the war in Kosovo.
But this claim turns out to be untrue. So far, the issue of human organ trafficking during the Kosovo war has been brought before the Special Court, but no legal verdict has yet been reached (see here).
Analyze:
The spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has claimed without evidence that in Kosovo, during the war, there was human organ trafficking under, as she says, the guise of Americans. This claim, according to the methodology of hibrid.info, is assessed as "Manipulation of facts", since the claim of this Russian official is based only on the accusation, using it as a self-evident fact, while the judicial process has not yet been completed.
Reasoning:
The evaluation as "Manipulation of facts" is given to those media reports that use facts known to be correct, but interpret them in a distorted way. These reports typically use inaccurate information to draw inaccurate conclusions or claims, thereby misdirecting consumers' conclusions of media content in relation to the actual meaning of the facts presented.
