As of the time of writing, the TikTok post has nearly 100 views and over 100 comments, and from the content of a large number of them, it can be assessed that the audience is likely to perceive the claim as credible.
To investigate the claim, hibrid.info first checked the Facebook account of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, Spiropali (see here).
