Several Serbian-language media outlets published articles yesterday (November 1) regarding the KLA inscription on the wall of a Serbian family’s house in the village of Suhodoll, Lipjan. The article is based on a response from the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, which interprets the incident as inspired by “unilateral political moves by the Albanian authorities, directed against Serbs in Kosovo.”
Although it is not known who the perpetrator is, this Serbian institution claims without evidence that this action is part of the "black series of threats and provocations by Albanian extremists and hooligans", on "a day when tensions and anxiety of the Serbian people have increased in the territory of Kosovo due to the unilateral decisions of the Pristina authorities regarding KM license plates".
The Office claims that these cases constitute a planned and designed intimidation and harassment against Serbs with the aim of expelling them from the territory of Kosovo.

Parts of the response published in the Office for Kosovo's response:
On the fence of Ilija Filipović's family home in the multiethnic village of Suvi Do in the Lipjan municipality, the inscription KLA was written in black letters, which upset this and other Serb families living in the area.
Since the beginning of last year, this is the 20th reported case of graffiti of a notorious terrorist organization in Serbian schools, homes, kindergartens, so it certainly cannot be seen as an isolated case, but a planned and designed intimidation and harassment of Serbs with the aim of expelling them from the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
This incident comes on a day when tensions and anxiety among the Serbian people have increased in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija due to the unilateral decisions of the Pristina authorities regarding KM license plates.
The unilateral political moves of the Albanian authorities, directed against Serbs in Kosovo, directly encourage the open display of hatred and intolerance and cause incidents on the ground.
Regarding the case that occurred in Suhodoll, Lipjan, the Office for Kosovo does not provide concrete facts about the event and the alleged motivation for this act, although it calls it an act committed by "Albanian extremists and hooligans."
Furthermore, the office's interpretation that this is being done by anti-Serb statements and movements of politicians from Pristina who have no respect for the Serbs remaining in Kosovo is a tendentious claim and unfounded in concrete facts.

The office blamed the case on Albanians "extremists and hooligans" inspired by the anti-Serb movements of official Pristina and planned with the aim of expelling them.
Based on the analysis of the facts, it results that this claim by this Serbian institution should be assessed as "unverified content".
Reasoning:
The “Unverified” rating is given to those media reports that do not provide sufficient information to confirm the claims made in the report, and which have not been able to confirm the same due to the lack or non-possession of reliable sources.
