The information portal "paparaci.com" published yesterday (April 3) an informative article titled "The "analyst coach" kicks and punches the opposing footballer - FFK comes to his defense"".
After verifying the article by hibrid.info, it was found that the disciplinary committee of the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) has decided to impose a minimum penalty as provided for in the Disciplinary Regulation for unsportsmanlike conduct on the head coach of KF "Flamurtar", Liridon Leci.
Considering that the substantive purpose of the news only provides information about events and not their evaluation (here), hibrid.info assesses that the presentation of the FFK's decision on coach Leci as a "defensive move" is a distorted interpretation of the facts.

Hibrid.info, after researching using search engines, found the decision of the FFK Disciplinary Ethics Committee on the coach of KF "Flamurtar", Liridon Leci (see here).
The decision of this commission announces the punishment of coach Leci, based on Article 40 of the Disciplinary Regulation for unsportsmanlike conduct (see here).
Penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct:
a) with a warning,
b) reprimand,
c) fine, from 100 to 5000€,
d) suspension from playing for up to; 2 to 6 matches (players and officials),
e) suspension from performing the function for a period of four to twelve months.
Based on the penalties provided for under this regulation, it is understood that the penalty imposed on Leci is minimal.
