The Serbian-language newspaper "Informer" published an article today claiming that official Pristina has a plan for an espionage war against Serbia.
The article published in the Serbian-language newspaper also made it to the front page with the headline "Espionage War Against Serbia: Albanians Create Secret Service, Serbs Will Be the Main Target."
The unfounded allegations were raised following the approval of the Draft Law on the Establishment of the Defense Intelligence and Security Agency (AIMS).

From what is seen in the content of the article, it is understood that these claims are interpretations not based on facts.
From the analysis of the content of the Draft Law on AIMS approved by the Government of Kosovo, it is confirmed that no part mentions any specific objective or dedication dedicated to Serbs. And, even less the presentation of any plan for espionage war against Serbia. (here)
As announced by the Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj, the draft law in question will only amplify "state defense and citizen security," but without mentioning any specific intention to attack any external party.
"This agency will exercise its activity inside and outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo with the aim of supporting the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) in the field of intelligence, counterintelligence and security related to potential threats or risks to the performance of their constitutional and legal mission.
