After verifying the facts, hibrid.info has confirmed that the title of this article is generalizing, as it is not known which country has made such a decision. While the news is only clear in the content, where it is known that such a decision was taken by the authorities of the Austrian capital - Vienna.
The content states that, as a result of a decision by the Vienna city authorities, aid has been offered in packages with one-time payments of 200 euros and structural measures, which will benefit more than one million residents.
