The Facebook page "Express Gazeta" has published an article claiming that Kosovo and Albania will enter quarantine as a result of anti-Covid measures.
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that the title of this article is fabricated and does not correspond to the content.
The article posted on Facebook by "Express Gazeta" was published on September 6 of this year by the dubious portal "worldnews83.com".
The text contains a statement by the publisher and conspiracist from Albania, Alfred Cako, who in October 2020 claimed that all of Europe and the world is heading towards a second lockdown on October 28th.
So, the article is old and there is nothing current about the quarantine in Albania and Kosovo, as claimed in this article.
