The Facebook page of the show dedicated to the world of motoring, "DriveZone", published a post today with the caption "30-year-old man arrested for hitting two men with his car in Pristina."
After verification of the facts conducted by hibrid.info, it has been proven that such a claim is unfounded.
After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info has not found any online media that reported on the arrest of the person who hit two men with a car in Pristina a few days ago. (see here)
Apart from the media, there is no report of his arrest on the official website of the Kosovo Police. (see here)

Regarding this case, the Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Agron Borovci, told KALLXO.com that it is suspected that the vehicle has foreign license plates and that the police have initiated an investigation into the criminal offense of attempted murder. (see here)
"Currently, the Police have raised suspicions about a suspicious vehicle with foreign license plates, while police work is continuing to identify and locate the main suspect. Immediately after receiving the information, the Police went to the scene and from the first information it was announced that two injured people have received the necessary medical treatment. In connection with the incident, with the authorization of the state prosecutor, the police have initiated an investigation into the criminal offense of attempted murder." Borovci told Kallxo.com.
Analyze:
The Facebook page "DriveZone" has published a post with the false claim that a person who hit two men with a car in Pristina has been arrested.
This news has not been published in any media, but there is no announcement from the Kosovo Police about his arrest.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses this claim as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The "Fake News" rating is given to media reports that are entirely the product of a medium that itself contains factually incorrect claims or information.
Content that is considered fake news can be reliably determined to have been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
