The TikTok account named "lagraqsaqi" published a video yesterday (November 23) that depicts an image of a meeting of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).
In the background of this image is a photograph of former Kosovo president Hashim Thaçi.
But hibrid.info has confirmed that the image published by the account in question is edited.

After researching through the automated program “InVID”, hibrid.info has managed to find the real image from the LDK meeting. The image was published (January 16) in a post by Lumir Abdixhiku, the president of LDK, on Facebook (see here).
The image clearly shows that the photo presented in the background from this meeting shows the image of the late former president of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, which proves that the TikTok post from the account in question is edited.
