A video has been published with the caption "Jashari's Criticism – 'This government has anti-KLA people inside'''.
video, in which, before being clicked, the image of Rifat Jashari, brother of Adem Jashari, commander and founder of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), is seen, was published on the "Klan Kosova" television page on Facebook on March 6.
What's wrong with this content?
Based on the description placed in the video and based on the video's cover photo, it can be said that before clicking on the video, the audience may believe that the statement presented came from Rifat Jashari.

After checking the content of the video, hibrid.info found that the statement placed in the caption was made by Xhavit Jashari, president of the Association of Martyrs' Families.
To confirm that this statement was made by Xhavit Jashari, hibrid.info also found reports on other Albanian-language media portals, where the statement was published (see here and here).
In this chronicle, the statements are listed starting with Vjosa Osmani, the country's president, Albin Kurti, prime minister, Rifat Jashari and Xhavit Jashari. Which shows that we are dealing with two declarants within the content, who have the same surname (Jashari).
The caption only includes the declarant's last name, without specifying the name, while the cover photo shows the image of Rifat Jashari.
Hibrid.info estimates that in this case, displaying only the declarant's last name and placing Rifat Jashari's image on the video cover may to create an impression to the audience, that statement, ""This government has anti-KLA people inside.", was made by the brother of commander Adem Jashari.
Analyze:
Xhavit Jashari, president of the Association of Martyrs' Families, said that the Kosovo Government has anti-KLA people within it.
However, in the title of the video published by "Klan Kosova" television, the declarant's last name (Jashari) is listed and the cover features the image of Rifat Jashari, a representative of the Jashari family.
And if the audience does not see the content, they may misread the publication as a statement made by the brother of Commander Adem Jashari.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info evaluates the content as "Clickbait".
Reasoning:
“Clickbait” is considered to be informational content whose title is general and does not disclose the location of the event, context and relevance. Such texts and articles aim to attract the attention of the audience with sensational headlines with misleading consequences, which do not accurately clarify the content of the article. “Clickbait” headlines are mainly made to attract readability in the case of media publications and/or to earn from clicks in the case of commercial publications.
