After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that the content of this article contains a video material from the "Youtube" platform, published in 2017, in which the Albanian rap artist "Noizy" appears with blood on his head.
But the description of this video states that this is just a film scene, in which the aforementioned artist was also the protagonist.

Referring to this article from "classlifestyle.com", it is said that Noizy had indicated that this was just a joke on his part.
