After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it turns out that the title of the article does not correspond to the content of the text.
In the text of the article by "gazeta-aktive.info" there is nowhere to be found the figure of 3 thousand Kosovo citizens who have received Serbian passports, which in this article is replaced with the pejorative term "Shkije", as claimed in the title.

Throughout each year, many citizens choose to become citizens of Kosovo, following several procedures that can often be difficult. But there are also those who, for many reasons, renounce their citizenship. During the year we are leaving behind, or precisely during the first 10 months of 2020, a total of 139 people have acquired Kosovo citizenship.
