The Facebook page named "Universal" published yesterday (February 26) a photo of a bridge in which a person is seen crossing it.
This page, in the description of this photo, writes: "A tourist from distant Kenya visits the bridge built by the Kurti II government, we expect tourism to expand even more in Kosovo due to the major changes that are being made!.
After fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it has been confirmed that this photograph is fabricated.
Hibrid.info has found a photo in which the person is seen wearing orange clothes, but in a completely different environment. (see here)

The above-mentioned page in the “About Us” category does not claim to be a satirical page, but calls itself an “independent portal,” thus leaving room for misinformation among readers. (see here)
After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info has managed to confirm that the bridge seen in this photograph was inaugurated in December in the village of Saradran, Istog. (see here and here)
So, the "Universal" website used the photo of this bridge, in which it also mounted a photo of a person taken from another image with the false claim that he is a tourist from Kenya, who visited the bridge in Saradran, Istog.
Analyze:
The website "Universal" has posted a montage of a bridge inaugurated in December in the village of Saradran, Istog, to which they have added the image of a person cut out from another photo.
The author has captioned this image, stating that the person in the photo is a tourist from Kenya who has visited the aforementioned bridge.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info rates this post as "Fraud".
