Hyrije Mehmeti is the Head of Editorial and Program Coordination at the fact-checking platform Hibrid.info. She is currently pursuing her PhD in “Media and Communication” at the South East European University (SEEU) in North Macedonia.
Fatbardh Dema

Fatbardh Dema has a decade of experience in media and project coordination. He graduated in journalism from AAB College and is known for his work as a journalist and editor in Kosovo. Through extensive training, he has specialized in fact-checking and identifying disinformation, both locally and internationally.
Xhemajl Avdyli
Program and Development Manager
Xhemajl Avdyli is a professional with extensive experience in program development, project management, public communication, culture and media. At Hibrid.info, he currently holds the position of Program and Development Manager, leading the design and implementation of projects focused on media education, fact-checking, research and innovation in the field of information integrity.
Blerina Dreshaj
Finance Manager
Blerina Rexhaj-Dreshaj is a certified accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in bank reconciliation and financial planning. She has extensive experience in various sectors, including private companies, non-governmental organizations and associations. Throughout her professional career, she has demonstrated a high level of motivation and commitment to ensuring accurate financial reporting and the provision of quality services in various organizational settings. Blerina leads the finance sector at Action for Democratic Society (ADS), overseeing financial management and budget planning at the organizational and program levels.
Festim Rizanaj

Festim Rizanaj is engaged as a researcher at Hibrid.info. He has completed his doctoral studies in Communication Sciences and Journalism at the Department of Journalism at Anadolu University (Turkey). He also serves as an external associate at the Department of Journalism at the University of Prishtina. Rizanaj has published articles and participated in various local and international conferences in the field of media.
Zoja Sadiku
Copywriter and Social Media Manager
Zojë Sadiku has joined the Hibrid.info team as a copywriter and social media manager. She graduated from the Department of Journalism at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. She initially worked as a journalist on several portals in Kosovo and then continued her career as a content creator on well-known local platforms. Zojë understands the importance of media education and is committed to creating content that contributes to raising awareness in society.
Etrit Rexhepi
Fact checker
Etrit Rexhepi is engaged as a fact-checker at Hibrid.info through the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program, contributing to initiatives aimed at combating disinformation. He actively contributes to verification processes and has participated in trainings and workshops to strengthen fact-checking methodologies and media education.
