The dubious portal "Specialja.com" has published an article titled "This is the very powerful state that just recognized the state of Kosovo, congratulations!".
The title of this article does not match the text, as the content shows that only part of the interview with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Vasyl Bodnar, conducted on the Albanian television, RTV Ora, has been published.
It is also noticeable that Bodnar, during this interview, never mentioned the immediate recognition of Kosovo by the state he represents. All this senior Ukrainian official mentioned was the possibility of Kosovo being officially recognized by Kiev, adding that this procedure is still in its early stages.
Original text published on the Specialja.com portal:

Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Vasyl Bodnar, in an interview with RTV Ora, announced a possible recognition of the state of Kosovo by official Kiev.
