A message (SMS) is being distributed to phones in Albanian that reads "Your mail cannot be delivered because no one is home.".
Attached to the message is a link and instructions on how to open it.
But, the findings show that this message is dubious.

Hibrid.info tried to open the link in the message, following the instructions, but after clicking it was not activated.

Hibrid.info used "Scamdoc.com", a tool for assessing the trustworthiness of digital identities (email addresses and websites) and found that the domain in the message has high trustworthiness. low.
Even 'Scamdoc.com' says you should be careful.

Also, using this tool, hibrid.info checked the reliability of the email address from which the message came. “Scamdoc” has rated that the reliability of this email address is very low and that the information provided by this email cannot be trusted.

Kosovo Post (September 19, 2024) had reacted to messages of similar form, made in its name, by informing the public not to fall prey to this fraud (see here).
While, hibrid.info has dealt with such content in several cases (here).
