A Facebook page called “Personal Loans” publishes posts falsely claiming to be loan offers. The posts on this page contain advertisements for loan offers that can be obtained online in the summer for up to “300 thousand euros in just 45 minutes.”
After research conducted by hibrid.info, it was noted that in the information section about the activity (about) on the "Personal Loans" page, there is not sufficient data that proves credibility or reliability and transparency.
The “about” section lists an address in Paris where the creator of this page claims to be the headquarters of this dubious activity, and the places in which it supposedly operates include Tirana, Munich, and Pristina. (see here)
Also, attached to this information, this page also has an e-mail duanemelissa85@gmail.com".
Hibrid.info, after verifying the facts, has noticed that this site uses campaigns from banks and micro-finance institutions in Kosovo and Albania, whose logos it removes, claiming to present them as its own.

In one of the posts published by this page it is written "Don't put your dreams on the shelf. Realize them within 24 hours with the Unique Consumer Credit. With fast approval". (see here)
After research conducted through the automated online program “InVID”, hibrid.info has managed to find that this campaign is from the Albanian Bank “OPT”. (see here)
In the other case, the page "Personal Loan" published a post with the caption "Apply online anytime. Find the right support and grow local products." (see here) In this caption there is also a link that claims to be a website, but which in fact, when clicked, is a link that leads to the "Messenger" page.
Through "InVID", hibrid.info has confirmed that this campaign belongs to the micro-finance institution "Kreditimi Rural i Kosova", whose logo the aforementioned site has removed with the claim of presenting it as its own campaign. (see here)
In addition to using campaigns from financial institutions, this site has also used a charitable organization from another financial institution, the Kosovo Financing Agency – AFK, for a charitable initiative to help families in Skenderaj, from the damages caused by the recent floods. (see here)
The "Personal Loan" page has removed the acronym from this AFK post, replacing it with "People's Bank", a word the page tries to identify itself with. (see here)
