A suspicious portal named "viraln32.com" published an article on July 19 titled "May it be well with us / Here is the new million-dollar house of Prime Minister Albin Kurti."
The article is also accompanied by a photograph that claims to be Prime Minister Kurti's house.
But hibrid.info has confirmed that the content of the article presents data from Kurti's asset declaration during 2020, and that the data showing the alleged million-dollar value for the new house also claimed in the title of the article, for Prime Minister Kurti, is missing.

The same article was also shared on the social network Facebook by the pages "News IN”And“Albagraph7".
Hibrid.info has found the article published in real time (January 16, 2021) from the portal "gazetametro.com", from which the data for the article published by the suspicious portal was obtained.
Also, hibrid.info, through search engines, has found that the photograph of the house, which is claimed to be that of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, in most cases is found as an advertisement for foreign house design companies (see here and here).

Meanwhile, from the asset declaration data for 2022, from Prime Minister Kurti, it appears that he pays monthly rent for the house where he lives with his family in Pristina, in the amount of 250 euros (see here).
