An edited photo, with false content, claiming that a German newspaper has published an article about Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, is being distributed on social media.
This photo, which hibrid.info has found recently published by suspicious pages and profiles, mainly on Facebook, turns out to be a cheap-fake. (see here)

Hibrid.info has managed to find the application used by the creator of this photo. This application has several forms available that look like newspaper front pages, which can be modified by uploading photos, as desired, and placing them, forming an image that looks like a newspaper front page.
Hibrid.info has found that the creator of this photo used the application with the German state domain “www.onlinewahn.de”, which is available in German. (see here)

Such types of "Cheap fake" applications have different forms of front pages available, in which interventions are allowed, as in the case of the manipulated photograph. (see here)
