A video material is published with the caption "We want a short-term government, we will seek a coalition agreement with political parties", a statement allegedly made by the second candidate for government formation, Glauk Konjufca.
This content was published on Tuesday (November 4) on the Facebook page of the medium "Nacionale.com" (see the caption in the photo below).
What is the truth?
Hibrid.info has found that Konjufca nuk has declared that they will seek a coalition agreement with political parties.

(The title of the video published on Youtube by KosovaPress was changed on the grounds that it was a technical error)

Hibrid.info has checked the content of the video published by "Nacionale.com" and found that it matches the caption of the post.
Statement excerpted from the "Nacionale.com" video:
"We will seek a coalition agreement with the political parties. The idea was simple, to create a new government to avoid two very important things. The first, immediate elections and the second is to try to cooperate with the parliamentary political parties so that Kosovo can finally have its budget for 2026. If these two are not done, I think it is not in the best interest of Kosovo and that is precisely why the Vetëvendosje Movement proposed me as prime minister today. I accepted and all that remains for us is to see what the President of the Republic will do.".
However, hibrid.info found that Konjufca's statement was not presented in full in this video. After checking a video material published by the online media "Koha.net", it was confirmed that the former speaker of parliament said that nuk will seek coalition agreements with other parties (see here).
This is also confirmed in publications by several other media outlets (see here, here and here).

"I think that this will not be a process in which we will seek any coalition agreement with political parties. The idea was simple, to create a new government to avoid two very important things. If these two are not done, I think that it is not in the best interest of Kosovo and precisely for this reason the Vetëvendosje Movement proposed me as a candidate today. I accepted and all that remains for us is to see the action of the President of the Republic."
Consequently, the failure to present the full statement of Konjufca on the coalition agreement has changed the meaning of what he actually stated.
