Several Albanian-language media outlets have published articles about the Kosovo Government's compliance with the European Union's plan for de-escalation of the situation in the north, published by Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
Despite the fact that Bislimi clearly announced in his Facebook post the extent to which Kosovo police units will be withdrawn from and around municipal buildings, this has been interpreted in different ways by some Albanian-language media.
Metro newspaper claims that only 25% of the police will be present in that area: "Four points have been published, showing how de-escalation in the north will occur, and among the concessions that Kurti and the Kosovo Government have made is the immediate reduction of the police presence in that area, where only 25% of the police will be present."(here)

The Blic newspaper claims that "the police presence is expected to be withdrawn by 75 percent around municipal buildings." (here)

The Insajderi newspaper claims that the Government, together with the EU, have decided to withdraw 25 percent of the police. from the northsystem. (here)

Besnik Bislimi informed on his Facebook account about the agreement reached to de-escalate the situation in northern Kosovo during the meeting in Bratislava with the High Representative of the European Union, Miroslav Lajčák. He emphasized, among other things, the fact that an agreement was reached not to take actions that could escalate the situation in the north of the country, which includes an immediate reduction of 25% of the police presence in and around municipal buildings.
“The Government of Kosovo publicly demonstrates its willingness to contribute to the de-escalation of the situation and to refrain from taking actions that could escalate the situation in the north of the country. This includes an immediate reduction of 25% of the police presence in and around municipal buildings.” (here)
So, regarding the immediate reduction of police presence, according to Bislim, it is about reducing their presence by 25%, in and around municipal buildings. So the police presence is not reduced by 25%, but by 25%, and that in and around municipal buildings and not in the north.
