The activity of the page in question is made suspicious by the fact that there is no information, address or contact information in the “About” section. (see here)
After research conducted through online search engines, hibrid.info has confirmed that the aforementioned site has used the logo of the Italian supermarket chain in Albania.Conad Albania", trying to present itself as the official website of this company.

The page's post claims that the first 500 people to correctly guess the number in the photo will be rewarded with 500 gift bags and 10000 lek coupons.
