Several Albanian-language media outlets have published news about the Slovak government's decision, which stipulates that visitors entering the country must be vaccinated with at least one dose, or otherwise be quarantined for 5 days.
This news item, translated into Albanian, was initially published by the Albanian Telegraphic Agency (ATSh), and was also republished by other Albanian-language media. However, after reading it, it is seen that the article contains errors, initially made by ATSh, and then by other portals.
While the title of the article states that the decision was made by Slovak authorities, within the article it is seen that the author has confused that country, mentioning authorities in another country with a similar name, Slovenia.
Article published by ATSh on July 4, 2021:

The same article was also published by other Kosovo portals in Albanian. Some of them distributed the article in its raw form, issuing the same error as ATSh as:
Meanwhile, from hibrid.info's research, it was noted that there were cases when portals got both the title and the photo wrong. So, the title stated that the decision was made by Slovenia, and also included a photo with the flag of this country:
In fact, the decision was made by the Slovak authorities, considering the poor state of pandemic management, as a result of the refusal of the population of this country to be vaccinated (29%), among the lowest percentages, compared to other EU countries. For this reason, the authorities of this country have decided to increase security measures, including the quarantine of those visitors who are not vaccinated.

Analyze:
In the published article, ATSh made an error, which was further exacerbated by the republishing of this news by other Albanian-language portals.
Given that the mistake made, initially by ATSh, and then by other portals, does not appear to have had any misinformed intent, hibrid.info assesses this only as a "Mistake".
Reasoning:
The "Error" rating is given to media reports in which the media editorial staff made a mistake by publishing incorrect information or broadcasting unverified news from another source, without the clear intention of misinforming the public.
