The image in this video appears to have been taken from a Facebook page called “Kosovo Forces” (see here). Despite research, this image has not been found in the photographs on this page (see here).
While using the search engine "Google", hibrid.info has researched and found an article from the latest public statements of the Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, in an interview on "RTV Dukagjini" (see here).
In the interview, Minister Maqedonci also spoke about the equipment that the KSF will purchase, but did not mention the equipment rumored in the aforementioned claim.
Statement by Minister Ejup Makedonci:
"We are buying all those systems that we have planned in the comprehensive transition plan, which means weapon systems for infantry, weapon systems for anti-tank defense, artillery weapon systems for long-range firing, air support weapon systems" .
Analyze:
A TikTok account has published a video claiming that the Minister of Defense has stated that Kosovo has purchased 30 Bayraktar drones.
After verification by hibrid.info, the alleged statement has not been found published by reliable publishers, and even the latest public statement by Minister Maqedonci regarding the arming of the KSF does not mention the equipment in question.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info has assessed this publication as "Fake News".
Reasoning:
The "Fake News" rating is given to media reports that are entirely the product of a medium that itself contains factually incorrect claims or information.
Content that is considered fake news can be reliably determined to have been created and distributed with the intent to misinform the public, i.e., to present a claim that is completely false as fact.
