The headlines do not clarify that the published results belong to the May analyses.

On Monday (July 6), information was published in online media regarding the quality of "Vita" milk, based on a statement issued by the dairy itself!

However, the titles of these articles do not clarify the temporal context of the situation.

The situation with “Vita” milk

On July 2 of this year, inspectors from The Food and Veterinary Agency carries out inspections at the milk processing and dairy products production factory, "Vita".

The purpose of the inspection, according to the FVA, was to verify the activity's compliance with legal requirements and food safety standards.

This inspection was commented on in various forms by various media and social media pages, which you can find more extensively in the treatment made by Hibrid.info (here).

The dairy "Vita", on July 6, issued an announcement on its official Facebook page, with the title: “EXCLUSIVE: RESULTS OF AUV – VITA 100% MILK”.

The documents attached to the announcement state that the results announced by the dairy are from May from samples taken in April of this year, and not from samples taken on July 2.

However, online media have published this information without clarifying the time context in the headline.

How did the media report?

Online media published information obtained from the "Vita" dairy without clarifying the time context and relevance of the information in the headline.

Paparazzi.com (archives), Klankosova.tv (archives), Gazetablic.com (archives), Reporteri.net (archives), Indeksonline.net (archives), Botasot.info (archives), Gazetametro.net (archives) to Veriu.info (archives) came up with misleading headlines about the situation created with the quality of "Vita" milk.

“Exclusive: The results of AUV- VITA 100% Milk are out”, “The results are out, VITA: 100% milk”, “The results of Vita milk are out”, “The results of AUV – “Vita 100% milk” are out”, “The analyses are out – 'Vita': Products 100% milk, without powder and palm oil”, “Vita: AUV sent us the results of the analyses, our products do not contain either powdered milk or palm oil”, were some of the headlines in the media.

Since from July 2nd onwards, the date when the FVA inspected the "Vita" dairy factory, there has been much discussion in the public about the quality of the milk in question, the above headlines are considered misleading since the results that "Vita" itself is talking about are from May, as explained in the email that the FVA sent to the company and which the dairy itself published in the announcement.

The company explained in the announcement that, based on the promise made by the Minister of Agriculture, Armend Muja, the analyses of the samples taken on July 2 by the AUV will be published no later than 13.07.2026.

He also reacted to these reports on Monday. Food and Veterinary Agency, saying that "this news with these results does not represent the official position of the institution nor do they come from our institution. Laboratory analyses of the samples taken on 02.07.2026 are still in the processing process and have not been completed."

Analyze

On July 2 of this year, AUVA inspectors conducted inspections at the "Vita" dairy factory, where they took samples of the factory's products.

The results of these samples have not yet been published, while the company "Vita" published information on July 6 stating "EXCLUSIVE: AUVA RESULTS - VITA 100% MILK ARE OUT".

However, the results the company is talking about in this case are from samples taken in April, the analyses of which were completed in May, as can be seen in the documents attached to the announcement.

The media, on Monday (July 6), published the information provided by "Vita". However, the headlines of the articles did not clarify that the results of the analysis of the samples of this milk, conducted by the AUV, are from May, not this month.

The AUV also reacted, denying the media claims and saying that the analyses of the samples taken on July 2 are in the process of being processed and have not yet been completed.

Therefore, based on its work methodology, Hibrid.info qualifies these publications as "Clickbait".
