The TikTok account named "dino0486" published a video yesterday (November 2) featuring the image of Hekuran Murati, Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers.
The image of the minister contains the caption that claims that the latter has stated that "Better to pay mercenaries than police and miners".
But after verifying the facts by hibrid.info, it was confirmed that Murat did not make such an alleged statement.
