The Serbian daily "Politika.rs" published an article yesterday about the damage to a grave in the Serbian cemetery in Kllokot. The article is based on a reaction from the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, which interprets the case as hatred towards the Serbian community, incited by, as they say, Official Pristina.
Although it is not known who damaged the grave, this Serbian institution claims without evidence that this was "done by 'Albanian extremists' with the aim of expelling them from their homes."

Excerpts from the article published on "Politika.rs":
A monument to the late Milan Nisic was broken in the Serbian Orthodox cemetery in Kllokot, while the desecrated monument was found by his sons, who reported the case to the police, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced today.
Also, as they say, this anti-civilizational act more clearly presents the anti-Serb hysteria and hatred towards our people in the area of Kosovo and Metohija, the creators of which are the politicians of Pristina who have not condemned a single incident against Serbs.

Excerpts from the Office for Kosovo statement:
A monument to the late Milan Nisic has been vandalized at the Serbian Orthodox cemetery in Kllokot. The desecrated monument was found by his sons, who have reported the case to the police.
It is clear that it is not enough for Albanian extremists to attack the Serbian people and their properties almost every day in order to discourage them from staying in their homes, but they also do not let the dead Serbs rest in peace.
This anti-civilizational act more clearly presents the anti-Serb hysteria and hatred towards our people in the area of Kosovo and Metohija, the creators of which are the politicians of Pristina, who have not condemned a single incident against Serbs.
This office, moreover, claims without evidence that, in addition to this event, as they stated, Albanians attack the Serbian community in Kosovo almost every day with the aim of expelling them from Kosovo.
However, this claim is refuted by an official position of the Kosovo Police, which is based on what the deceased's family members say. The police statement regarding the case has refuted the Office for Kosovo based on the fact that the deceased's family members contacted by the police have stated that they do not suspect anyone in the case of the damage to the grave.
CEMETERY DAMAGE
Kllokot NN-NN. On 04.10.2022, it was reported that during a patrol-check, the police noticed that a tombstone of a Kosovar man was damaged in the Orthodox cemetery. The police unit has contacted the family of the deceased, who have stated that they do not suspect anyone.

Analyze:
The Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia has issued a statement regarding the damage to a Serbian cemetery in Kllokot, Gjilan, which has been reported in several Serbian media outlets.
This office, in connection with this event, makes unfounded claims that the damage to the cemetery memorial stone was done by, as they say, extremist Albanians, as an expression of hatred towards the Serbian community, instigated by official Pristina with the aim of expelling them from Kosovo.
The office's claims are refuted by the Kosovo Police report. The KP report states that the family members of the deceased whose grave was damaged do not suspect anyone in connection with the incident.
Based on the analysis of the facts, it results that this claim of the Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia should be assessed as "Manipulation of facts".
