After verification by hibrid.info, it turns out that this article contains a fabricated title, while the news is old, which was published by Gazeta Express on June 10 of this year.
The text states that from July 1st of this year, Germany, led by Chancellor Angela Merkel, will hold the presidency of the European Union. This was also seen as a golden opportunity for Kosovo to obtain visa liberalization, since official Berlin has consistently supported Pristina regarding free movement in the Schengen Zone.
"Gjithckafresh.info" took this old news and published it as current, changing the title.
