A video was published yesterday (September 24) by several Albanian-language Facebook pages claiming that the footage shows members of the Kosovo Police arresting one of the attackers following Sunday's events in northern Kosovo.
However, after fact-checking conducted by hibrid.info, it was possible to confirm that the video material was not shot in Kosovo and that the footage depicts members of the Bulgarian National Police Service during the arrest of a person.
Link to the video material published on Facebook by the pages "Drenica News" and "Realiteti":

Even after researching through online search engines and social media, hibrid.info has not been able to find the original video.
Despite this, hibrid.info has verified other elements in this video material, one of which is the logo on the uniform of a police officer. After verification through “InVID”, it was confirmed that it belongs to the Bulgarian National Police Service. (see here)
To further confirm the fact that the logo seen on the uniform of the police officer in the video material is real, hibrid.info has found articles published in Bulgarian media that have reported on various events involving the police of this country. (see here and here)
