A content has been published with the caption, claiming to provide instructions to check if you are on the refund list for water, electricity or gas.
This claim was published through a link's in image form, (September 14) as sponsored by a page called "DOC-shop", on Facebook.
What is the truth?
Hibrid.info has found that the only option for reimbursement is for electricity, provided by Kosovo institutions, for vulnerable families.

Hibrid.info has found that after clicking on the link included in the published image, the displayed website does not provide the information claimed in the announcement. The data presented is missing information about the institution that the website represents and contact details are missing (see here).

Hibrid.info has also checked the credibility of this website's domain using the platform that assesses the credibility of websites, "Scam-detector.com", which shows that the checked website has a high risk and is unsafe (see here).
While after checking the Facebook page that published the alleged announcement, a small number of posts on its timeline and a small number of followers were observed (hereHibrid.info has found that the data in the page's transparency shows that the location of the person who manages this Facebook page is Hong Kong.

In conclusion, hibrid.info has found that the only possible reimbursement option in Kosovo is for electricity, offered to vulnerable families by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers (MFLT), which had begun to be subsidized since January of this year (see here).
Hekuran Murati, Minister of MFPT, announced yesterday (October 16) on his Facebook account that the application for the Electricity Subsidy Program for Vulnerable Consumers has been opened for the second time (see here).
Murati also indicated that the application can be made on eKosova, in the “Grants and Subsidies” service, and will be open continuously throughout the program (see here).
Hibrid.info has dealt with similar claims in several other cases (see here, here and here).
Analyze:
The claim that it is possible to check the lists of people reimbursed for electricity, water and gas is unsustainable.
The publisher of the content is suspicious and has nothing to do with Kosovo institutions. The only reimbursement option in Kosovo is for electricity, offered to vulnerable families by Kosovo institutions.
Based on its work methodology, hibrid.info assesses the content as "Fraud".
Reasoning:
The “Deception” rating is given to informational content that is manipulated in terms of visual (deepfake, cheapfake), audio, or textual content to deceive the audience. This form of deception is usually used to produce false and manipulated content.
